If you are the LAST person to check out of your apartment, we will be asking you at white glove what time you want to do your walk through. You should do it acouple hours before you actually leave.

Check outs: you can check out any time after your apartment was checked for white glove, but you can check out NO LATER than Saturday, July 23rd at 6pm.

Please plan departure flights/other travel arrangements BEFORE the above deadline. If you end up staying later than 6 PM on July 23rd, you will be charged for additional contract time...see me for details.

I know it can be hard to read all of the lists and forms and instructions. If you're a visual person (as I am), you'll want to see what it should look like before you leave. Click on the links to the right (in ORANGE) to see what I expect.

Reminder: if you are staying for next semester, no you don't have to pack up your things (unless you're moving to another apartment. PLEASE refer to the back of your check out sheet for a COMPLETE checklist. These are not all inclusive.
